The last time I was in Orlando, I was a kid. I went to Walt Disney World with my parents and my little brother and had a blast. I got to meet all of my favorite Disney characters and went on some really cool rides. Now that I’m older, I decided to do the same thing for my own family. My wife and I including our three kids all decided that we were going to have our own Disney Adventure in Orlando.
What I can tell you is that taking family vacations can be a bit costly. But knowing me, I know if I can navigate around the Internet, I’m bound to find a great deal on flights, hotels, and tickets on theme parks and attractions. I know that sites like Expedia have hotel and flight packages. But I really don’t want to spend an arm and a leg. In fact, I’m kind of picky when it comes to which airlines I want to fly (but that’s for another time).
I did however come across this site called Best Of Orlando. Let’s just say were it not for this site, I would have no idea what we could have done on our recent trip to Orlando. There are plenty of deals you can get for theme parks, shows, attractions, and hotels. If you are looking for a place to fill up your itinerary fast, I would check this place out.

Theme Parks
If there is one thing I know Orlando is best for, it’s the theme parks. In fact, I was able to not only take the family to Disney World for a couple of days, but I also got a good deal on tickets for Universal Studios Orlando. They have an offer where you buy two-day tickets, you get another 2 days for free. That’s a crazy deal that I would never say no to.
We didn’t go to Legoland, but I sure did make a note of it for the next time we decide to go back to Orlando for a full week of fun-filled adventure.Going to these theme parks, I feel like a kid at heart. And there is no shame in letting your inner child out when you are going on some pretty cool rides like Space Mountain and the Tower of Terror (that one was my all-time favorite).
You have a ton of options when it comes to theme parks. But if I had to choose one or the other, I’d go with Disney World every time. Just choose the right deal that’s best for you and your family and have a blast.
Attractions
You can check out some of the attractions throughout Orlando. But there are some of them that are in different cities in Florida (like Tampa or Miami). The good news is though that you can take a day trip by bus, spend time at the attractions that interest you, and head back to Orlando later that same day.
If you don’t mind going to places that are a little out of the way, then you might want to check out some of the attractions like ZooTampa at Lowry Park or Busch Gardens Tampa. I took the kids to race go-karts at Andretti’s Indoor Karting and Games and had the time of my life. But I ended up in second place in a race against them. I suppose I got to do better with my kart racing.
Tours
If you want to go on tours in Orlando and other parts of Florida, Best of Orlando is a good place to book them. Most of the tours will go through Gray Line Tours. I have to make a note of going on one of those tours the next time we’re back in Orlando. Sometimes, as much as I would like to get in on the action in Orlando I would go out of the way a bit. Most of these tours are day trips, so you can leave early and be back in Orlando later on that day.
Shows
If you want to see some exciting shows that you and the whole family can enjoy, Best of Orlando has you covered. One of my favorite shows to see was Blue Man Group Orlando. It was a whole lot of fun (and I might have gotten a little bit messy). But it was well worth it though. If you want to get in on the “action”, the “Splash Zone” seating might be a great place for you to sit. Just wear some clothes that you don’t mind getting messy in and you should be all set.
Hotels
If you need a place to stay in Orlando and want to score a good deal, then you can find one on Best Of Orlando. You can get something that will be great for you and the entire family. Depending on your family size, one room may be sufficient. But if it fits your budget, you can get a room or suite at a deal that can’t be beat.

If you are planning on taking a trip to Orlando either by yourself or with the family, I would definitely give Best of Orlando a good look. Especially when you are in the planning stages of the trip.
