When you use Trip.com, you'll be able to search from more than 1,200,000 hotels spread out over 200 countries world-wide. They have connections with more than 500 suppliers, so they're able to offer competitive pricing to help you save on your next hotel stay.

When you visit their main page, you'll be able to start your hotel search right away. Just click on the hotels tab and start entering your search information. You'll need to enter your destination, the dates of your stay, the number of guests in your group, and how many rooms you'll need.

You can filter the results by star rating, guest ratings, price range, any special offers, payment options, available bed types, location, amenities, property type, and more. These filter options will help make sure that the hotel you select offers everything you're looking to find.

In addition to filtering your results, you can also sort them to help you even more. The results will automatically be sorted based on Trip.com's recommended deals and offers, but you can set them to be sorted based on price, star rating, distance from the city center, or average guest rating.

Once you have completed sorting your results, you'll be able to view a lot of key details about each hotel on the search results page. For example, you can see the hotel name, price, distance from the city center, the average guest ratings, and a few key amenities.

If you see a hotel that you'd like to learn more about or are ready to book, just click on the listing. You'll be taken to a page where you can view all of the amenities offered by the hotel, view images of the rooms and property, and select the room type you'd prefer.

Once you've selected your preferred room type, just click on the 'Book' button next to it. You'll then be taken to a page where you can enter your contact information and confirm the details of your reservation.

Flights

Trip.com is also a great resource for find the best deals on airline tickets. You can search for fares to over 5,000 cities across the globe.

To begin your search, just click on the 'Flights' tab and enter the airports you'll be departing from and arriving at. You will also need to enter the dates for your travel, the number of travelers in your group, and which class (economy, first class, business class, etc.), you would prefer.

If you're only looking for a one-way ticket or will be flying to more than one city on your trip, you can indicate that in the top section of the search box. Before starting your search, you can also click if you're only interested in viewing nonstop flights. After you've entered all of your information, click the 'Search' button to view the flights that match your search criteria.

Just like when booking a hotel, you'll also be able to sort and filter the results to help you find the flight that best matches your needs. You can filter by the number of stops, the airline, departure or arrival times, flight duration, class, cities for a layover, and more. You can also choose to sort the results by the departure time, arrival time, duration, or lowest price.

For each flight listed in the search results, you'll be able to quickly identify the key details you'll need to decide if it is a flight that will work for you. You can see the airline, arrival and departure times, any layover, the total flight time, and the price. Once you see a flight that works for you, click 'Select' to choose your return flight (if applicable).

Once you have selected all the flights for your trip, you will be taken to a screen where you can review your reservation, view information about baggage, and enter your information to book your ticket.

If you're not ready to book a flight or don't like the prices you're seeing, you can also create a Price Alert. Creating a Price Alert means that you'll receive an email notifying you when the ticket prices for your trip change.

Other Reservation Types

Trip.com is also a great resource if you are looking to book a rental car. You can use their site to search amongst most major car rental companies at the same time to ensure you get the best deal possible. Most of the reservations you make will include fee-free cancellations, so you won't need to worry about paying for a rental car you won't actually need.

If you're ready to book a car rental, just enter your destination, pick-up and drop-off dates, and the age of the driver. A list of vehicles matching your search criteria will be displayed. You will be able to filter the results by vehicle type, rental car company, number of seats, customer ratings, and other key factors.

Once you find the right vehicle to meet your needs, select if and you'll be able to enter your information to complete the reservation quickly.

Trip.com can also help you book train tickets if you'll be traveling in the UK, South Korea, Germany, Japan, or Mainland China. Additionally, they are a great resource to consider if you are looking for tickets to different events or attractions in a city you are visiting. You can browse through different attractions that are available or search for the city you'll be visiting by clicking on the 'Tours & Tickets' or 'Attractions' tab on the website.
